June 2, 2015—8:21 AM
The new moon arrived on Sunday, May 17, 2015, so I went to Dreamy Draw Park again to perform my ceremony.
After I arrived at the park and parked my vehicle, I set out for The Transfiguration of Christ Mountain. As I approached the mountain, something told me I was supposed to perform this prayer at a different location. After walking around the park for about ten minutes, I came across the most beautiful spot on top of a small nearby hill. With The Transfiguration of Christ Mountain in the background, I sat down, invoked the six directions with the I am Light mantra and began.
Looking towards the west, I performed my prayer and invocation and asked the Universe for a small, personal favor. I then closed out my ceremony and headed back towards the parking lot.
Several days later, on May 22, 2015, the Sun and the Pleiades were conjunct. Even though this event took place every year, I felt this particular conjunction was very auspicious for some reason. My suspicions were realized when I received a text message from my friends at Hopi inviting me to attend a Kachina dance in their village the following weekend.
I spent the next several days weighing my options, trying to figure out whether or not I could make the trip to Hopi. I finally concluded that the timing just wasn’t right. However, some things shifted mid-week, and before I knew it, I found myself driving up to Hopi with a friend of mine. We made the drive on Saturday morning, May 29, 2015.
It was a gorgeous drive.
That afternoon, my life changed once again. I not only witnessed a Kachina dance in Ahote and Tuwa’s village, but I also sat down with their entire family, including elders, at their dinner table. It was their once-a-year Home Dance. I knew this was a tremendous honor and was grateful to be part of it.
My friend and I took in two Kachina dances that afternoon, and at one point during both dances, we were honored with gifts by the Kachinas. The second honor, or gift, was unique and too special to write about in my journal. I knew, however, that when the second gift was presented to my friend and me by the Kachina in front of the entire village, my life with the Hopi had evolved to an entirely new level. I fought back the tears as I watched the rest of the dance.
When the second dance ended, I escorted my 73-year-old friend back to Ahote and Tuwa’s house and then walked down to the lower level of the mesa to retrieve her vehicle. During my walk, I took a moment to reflect on everything that had happened. Once again, tears of gratitude rolled down my face.
After I retrieved my friend’s vehicle, I drove up to Ahote and Tuwa’s house to pick up my friend, and then we said our goodbyes. After we left Ahote and Tuwa’s home and village, we headed to Tuba City for the night.
We arrived in Moenkopi about an hour later, had dinner at Denny’s, and checked into our hotel rooms. We spent the rest of the evening reviewing everything that had happened earlier in the day.
That night, I sent Tuwa several text messages expressing my gratitude and telling her that even though I may not have completely comprehended everything that had taken place during the dance, my heart and soul received it unconditionally.
The following morning, after breakfast, my friend and I headed to the village of Moenkopi to watch one of their Kachina dances. After we found a parking space, we walked about a hundred yards to the central plaza, and just as soon as we arrived, the dancing began. We stood in amazement for 30 minutes, taking in our third Kachina dance in only two days. After the dance, we returned to our vehicle and set for Sedona and Phoenix. We stopped at Montezuma’s Well to thank the Kachinas for sharing their wisdom and gifts with us.
On Tuesday, June 2, 2015, I returned to Dreamy Draw Park to perform full moon meditation No. 15. This particular full moon took place in the astrological sign of Sagittarius.
I arrived at the park at 6:15 PM and hiked to the top of The Transfiguration of Christ Mountain. As I approached the top, I noticed that the engraved tablet I had returned to its proper location on March 31, 2015, remained firmly in place.
When I reached the top of the mountain, I noticed that someone had laid down another rock beside the obelisk-shaped rock from the month before. Both rocks lay in the center of the white crystals embedded in the mountain’s top.
To avoid disturbing the rocks, I laid down my meditation crystals and invoked the six directions with the I am Light mantra.
I performed full moon ceremony No. 15.
LUNAR PRAYER
Heavenly Creator, we ask you for your love and advice. We ask that you bless us with an open heart, a clear mind, and a pure spirit so that we may serve you and live in harmony with every creature on Earth and all living beings throughout the Universe. Please allow us to open our hearts, minds, souls, and spirits to your infinite, unconditional love and compassion. With gratitude. Amen.
TWIN HEARTS LUNAR PRAYER Portions of this prayer were inspired by Master Choa Kok Sui and his Twin Hearts Meditations for Pranic Healing
- Tap the top of your head to bring attention to your crown chakra
- Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
- Relax. While slowly counting to 7, inhale peace, love, and light through your mouth and into your body and spirit.
- Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
- While slowly counting to 7, exhale all anger, resentment, and negativity through your nose.
- Once again, hold your breath for 7 seconds.
(Repeat this exercise two more times. Relax and breathe normally at the end of the third breathing exercise.)
Then, raise your hands to chest level with your palms facing outwards. Imagine all the people you love in front of you as you channel God’s loving energy through your crown chakra, directing this loving energy through the palms of your hands. Shower everyone you know and love with this beautiful, loving energy. Hold that thought, then imagine the Sun, the Earth, the Moon, and all of the stars in the Universe in front of you as you project waves of this beautiful, loving energy throughout the Universe. Imagine these beautiful waves of energy touching every living thing in Heaven and on Earth. Hold this thought for several moments. Then, bring your attention back to Planet Earth.
Repeat the following prayer silently in your mind;
“Dear Heavenly Creator, I pray that all stones, plants, animals, and beings born on Planet Earth prepare for a significant re-balancing and purification. I also pray for all the creatures of the seas, land, and air and ask that they all return to perfect health.
I pray that you, the Creator, recognize the fact that Planet Earth and all of its inhabitants have a lot of nurturing and Love to offer, not only to the Earth but also to the other planets in the solar system: Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. I ask that all the Unconditional Love on Earth be sent out into our Solar System and Universe.
I send out a prayer asking all of our ancestors from the heavens and the stars to return to Mother Earth to help with the re-balancing. I let them know that the time is now. I ask that the purification take place in a non-judgmental manner and that the energy of Unconditional Love is present at all times.”
Repeat the Buddhist Prayers for the Earth as you focus on the following areas of the Earth to help cleanse and prepare the Earth for healing:
- While projecting the color indigo and concentrating on the third-eye chakra, the space between your eyes, place your consciousness at the Hopi Indian Reservation and say: “From the point of Light within the mind of God, let Light stream forth into the minds of all mankind, especially those who believe they hold all the power on earth.”
- Then, project violet through your crown chakra while focusing on Tibet. Then say: “Let Light descend on earth.“
- Now, focus on the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Mound of Olives. Project the color blue through your throat chakra and say, “From the point of Love within the Heart of God, let Love stream forth into the hearts of mankind. Especially those that have never known true love before.”
- Then, move your attention to Mount Shasta, California, project red through your root chakra or the area at the base of your spine, and say: “May mankind return Christ Consciousness to the earth.”
- Then, travel in your mind to Ayers Rock and the Olgas in Australia. Project yellow through your solar plexus chakra, the area between your ribs, and say, “From the center where the Will of God is known...”
- Then, return your consciousness across the Pacific Ocean to Lake Titicaca in Bolivia. Project orange through your navel chakra and say: “Let purpose guide the little wills of mankind..“
- Then travel in your mind to Glastonbury, Scotland. Project the color green through your heart chakra and say: “The purpose which the Masters know and serve.“
- Return your attention to the Great Pyramids and the Mound of Olives while projecting blue out of your throat chakra and say: “From the center which we call the race of mankind, let the plan of Love and Light work out.“
- Return your attention to Tibet, project the color violet through your crown chakra, and say: “And may it seal the door where evil lives.“
- Then, return your consciousness to Hopi, project indigo through your third-eye chakra, and say: “So it is written, so it is done!.”
Then, sit quietly for 7 minutes. Breathe slowly and silently, repeating “Om” or “Amen” while projecting waves of unconditional love throughout the earth, the solar system, and the universe. Relax and just let go. After 7 minutes, return your consciousness to your body and its location on the earth. Take several deep breaths, then close with the following prayer:
“Dear Heavenly Creator, we humbly thank you for your love and affection. We thank you for blessing us with a loving heart, intelligent mind, and willful spirit so that we may now go forward and serve you and live in harmony with every living creature on the earth and throughout the universe. Thank you for opening our hearts, minds, souls, and spirits to your unconditional love and compassion. With sincere gratitude and appreciation, Amen.” – Prayers and Meditations inspired by Master Choa Kok Sui.
Once again, while praying, I envisioned myself in the center of a huge torus field. During the last 7 minutes of praying, I faced the Sun and held my hands up with palms facing outward. I then projected my previous prayers directly at the Sun and asked that the Sun reflect all of my prayers toward the Earth. I could honestly say that I felt a real connection with the Sun when I did this.
Once I finished my prayer and meditation, I closed out my ceremony, returned to the parking lot, and waited for the full moon to rise. While waiting for the moon to appear, I couldn’t help but notice the planets Venus and Jupiter shining brightly in the western sky.
Planets Venus and Jupiter
At approximately 7:41 PM, the full moon appeared…
and with its appearance, ceremony no. 15 was complete. It was time to prepare for the next new moon scheduled for June 16, 2015, and the next full moon scheduled for July 1, 2015.
