Pramod’s answers to the 72 Days of God questions:
1) Do you believe in God? If so, based on which religion or spiritual practice? If not, why? Yes, I do believe in God. The Presence of a eternity which has its offshoots in all of us. The Divine sparkles in each one of us, in every being, object, animate or inanimate. An “Ever-evolving” presence in the VOIDNESS of stillness expressing itself in countless forms & vastness, without an beginning & an end, yet undergoing creation in its most minutest detail. An Intelligence which is based in LOVE. For Love is that ingredient which makes everything Divine. And to Believe in LOVE – Is to Believe in god and all manifestations that springs from that source. Religions provide just an way to understand & perceive this presence, it is just a tool to the deeper understanding of a universal religion that the Divine holds – ‘LOVE”
2) What does the concept of God mean to you? God means Love, The “I AM”, Me , You and everything we see, feel, hear & much more are all beautiful facets of those fragments which makes us…me…you….god…We are but Gods and In love will we re-member. The greatest, purest energy of Love within everything which ever was, is and will be. With no beginning and no end.
3) What do you feel is the purpose of life on earth? To experience being God on a physical level through various levels of consciousness – In being Love by just “BEING” The purpose of life on earth is to experience “Love.”
4) What are you most passionate about and what do you wish to accomplish with your life? I am most passionate about “LOVING”. My life is for “LOVE” I am borne for it and sharing that is my soul destiny. My first breath and my last breath – Is “Love”
5) What do you truly believe happens when you die? Lol, We just change clothes to pursue our next choice of our soul purpose. Death is just a dot away from re-birth. The Dawn before every sunrise…that is what Death is. For me…ohhhh death is Love – A step To be re-birthed to one more manifestation of Life.
Thanks for participating, Pramod! Your wisdom is greatly appreciated.
While I was working on my journal, the young lady I had met the evening before stopped by and asked when I was going to do a reading for her. I told her I would stop by that afternoon, around 1:00 p.m.
I finished my journal and then walked down the street to the Austin Java Company for a bite to eat.
While eating my lunch, I sat and listened to The Organic Mechanics perform on the outside patio.
I finished lunch around 1:00 PM and headed to my reading. Something told me that I needed to pay very close attention and be very careful to choose the right words for this particular reading. I think the messages from the squirrel confirmed that as well.
I was right. The reading went on for a couple of hours, and we covered a lot of ground together. It was her very first time having a reading, but she was so happy with the results that she invited me out to lunch. We agreed that we would go to lunch after I got in a quick bike ride.
The weather was perfect, and there were tons of people out jogging, kayaking, biking, walking, and doing all sorts of outdoor activities. I couldn’t help but think of Portland, Oregon, in the summertime.
As I was riding my bike, I passed some turtles sunning themselves in a nearby river.
Turtle brings the following wisdom:
- Symbol of the earth
- Connection with the center
- Navigation skills
- Patience
- Self-boundaries
- Associated with the feminine
- Power to heal female diseases
- Respecting the boundaries of others
- Developing new ideas
- Psychically protecting oneself
- Self-reliance
- Tenacity
- Nonviolent defense

I wondered if the turtles’ wisdom had something to do with the reading, which took place earlier, something right around the corner, or maybe both.
I returned from my bike ride, and my neighbor treated me to a delicious lunch at Chuy’s Fine Tex Mex.
I loved the location of my RV park. It was close to many clubs and restaurants. I talked to several permanent residents who lived in their trailer or RV, and they were pleased with how management maintained the park. The rent was cheap, and the location couldn’t be beat. I tried to imagine myself living there at various times throughout the year. I knew I wouldn’t be able to handle the hot summers, but it would be a perfect location to visit during the autumn and the spring.
That evening, I returned to one of the local bars downtown and was reunited with a Mexican fellow I had met the night before. He had been so touched by our conversation the previous night that he went out and bought me the following CD:
The Chieftains featuring Ry Cooper | San Patricio.
I was very excited. I shared my journey with him and the image of the Virgin Mary/Our Lady of Guadalupe from Taylor’s door and told him that the CD was perfect. I couldn’t wait to listen to it.
He then took me out for a nice dinner and shared with me his experiences of growing up poor in Mexico. Being one of twelve children, he said that he grew up in a house that only had two large rooms. All fourteen family members shared these two rooms, and he said that it would get so hot in the summer that he would wake up in the middle of the night soaking wet from sweat. They were so poor that they couldn’t afford a fan. And then he said something that blew me away. He said, “You will not be able to understand the poor until you are poor!” That statement was so poignant at that moment.
After dinner, I returned to my RV space, took a shower, and crawled into the back of my truck for another night’s rest. I assumed that the young squirrels were asleep in their nest, as well. The full moon lit up the RV park and shone down on my truck and all of the pecan trees in the grove. I settled in for another peaceful night.
