FEBRUARY 2025
I spent the first few days of February 2025 working on the introduction to Tiny Particles of Light on this site. On February 8, while driving down 13th Street, a hawk flew directly in front of my car.
While talking with a friend that evening, I expressed how everything in the media, social and otherwise, politics, and entertainment had become more staged than ever, full of second-hand drama. Everyone belonged to their favorite cult that craved power, attention, and dominance over others. The more outrageous, ridiculous, and unpredictable, the better. Cameras had made a bitch out of everyone. It was so chaotic, boring, and laughable.
I thought about the newly elected president and his undying need for dominance. I couldn’t help but wonder where that desire stemmed from and at what point in his life he decided he was entitled to rule the world. And at what cost? How many people would be required to die to help him fulfill his personal goals? How much suffering would need to take place for him to feel accomplished?
On February 9, 2025, during Super Bowl LIX, the president posted on social media that he was eliminating the penny. I found it interesting that the penny was the only brown coin and included the president who freed the slaves, and looked in the opposite direction from other presidents.
I spent part of February volunteering for a visually impaired person, which I thought was an excellent metaphor for what was happening across the United States. The general misinformed public did NOT have a clear vision or understanding of what was happening. People were becoming more misinformed, confused, anxious, fearful, and angry.
Thirty days after the inauguration, the Sun’s activity remained quiet. Then, on February 23, 2025, 53 long days after Sunspot region 3947 produced an X1.8 solar flare on January 4th, departing Sunspot region 4001 produced an X2.0 solar flare.
As for my story, the initial death/rebirth cycle of The Fourth Turning appeared to be in full swing. I still couldn’t figure out whether the world events were unfolding organically or if various governments were secretly following astrology and intentionally setting everything in motion to coincide with this 84-year cycle.
The timing of everything was suspicious.
