MAY 2025
The president signed an executive order at the end of April to serve as a 90-day notice to begin using the U.S. Military as law enforcement. This aligned with Uranus transiting into Gemini in July 2025.
On May 4, 2025, a pileated woodpecker appeared outside my living room window. In Native American cultures, the pileated woodpecker is often regarded as a spiritual messenger, associated with protection, concentration, and healing. That evening, while riding my bike around the lake, I came across a large turtle on the edge of the street on its back, unable to turn itself over. I stopped my bike, found a large stick, and gently turned it over. Since the turtle represents healing, wisdom, spirituality, health, safety, longevity, protection, and fertility, I interpreted this as a message to turn over and refocus my attention on the listed traits.
The next day, I discovered a family of Canadian Geese outside my apartment; two adults and four goslings. Often representing community, guidance, and connection to the natural world. They are seen as messengers between heaven and earth, and their migrations are observed as indicators of the changing seasons. And I spotted another owl the next day while riding my bike. This time, the owl was on the opposite side of the lake. I also noticed the peregrine falcon circling high over my apartment for several days. It was clear. Mother Nature was desperately trying to get a message through to me.
I witnessed something strange on May 11, Mother’s Day. While driving to the gym, I saw a large Vulture land on the street in front of my car while the vehicle was still moving toward it. It landed in the street and then immediately took to flight. This was a first for me, and honestly, I was startled by the experience. In Native American cultures, vultures are often depicted as having significant spiritual meaning, sometimes as messengers of the gods, ferrying souls to the afterlife, or as malicious spirits associated with death. They can also represent power, especially in the Cherokee culture, where they are called “Peace Eagles” because they don’t hunt for food. Vultures also symbolize transition, rebirth, and connection to the supernatural world. Was this another message from my mother’s spirit, or did it have a different meaning altogether? I was so shocked that I didn’t pay attention to the time of the sighting.
On May 12, the Full Scorpio Moon opposed Uranus, and a rare Yod, also known as the Finger of God, occurred between Jupiter in Gemini and Chiron in Aries. The Sun unleashed an X1.2-class solar flare, peaking at 11:38 a.m. ET on May 13, 2025. It had been forty-five days since the last X-class flare.

On May 14, 2025, a strong X2.7 class solar flare erupted from the sun, this time on the opposite limb. This flare was the strongest of 2025 thus far.

Pope Leo XIV was officially sworn in during an inaugural Mass held in St. Peter’s Square on May 18, 2025.
As the month unfolded, I continued my bike trips around Greenfield Lake. Sometimes I would ride clockwise around the lake, and other days, counterclockwise. It was my time of meditation and contemplation, just myself and nature. Each trip around the lake became a “vision quest” and my attempt to “tame the dragon of war” that seemed to be on the horizon.
For you see, to me, the outline of the lake resembled a dragon. Metaphorically, this dragon represented wicked rulers, corrupt nations, forces of evil, chaos, and rebellion, and each trip around the lake symbolized the destruction of all destructive wars against humanity.

I believed “Bearing Christ” meant bearing Christ Consciousness. It signified a profound, personal connection with a higher consciousness and a commitment to live by its teachings.
1. Bearing the Name of Christ means representing Christ Consciousness and its teachings in the world, living in a way that reflects its character and values. It involves confiding in the power of higher consciousness. It’s a way of identifying with Christ Consciousness and sharing its message of salvation with others. Some interpret this as a call to be a “Christ-bearer,” meaning to be united with Christ Consciousness and conformed to its likeness.
2. Bearing the likeness or sufferings of Christ: This refers to demonstrating Christ Consciousness in character and its love and compassion, being non-judgmental when facing hardship. It can also involve accepting and enduring accountability.
Christ Consciousness, in essence, refers to a state of spiritual awareness and unity with the Divine or higher self, characterized by a sense of interconnectedness and love for humanity, regardless of race, gender, or nationality. This concept is rooted in various spiritual traditions, not just Christianity. I had mentioned this several times throughout my journey, but it was worth mentioning again, especially at this point in my adventure.
On May 24, 2025, I embarked on another bike ride around Greenfield Lake several hours before Saturn joined Neptune in Aries. This time, however, I stopped to perform a personal healing. I got off my bicycle, stepped into a massive tree’s torus field, leaned against the trunk, and asked for healing and a recharge of energy.
This wise old tree had to be at least a hundred years old and had survived the Great Depression, several wars, and many extreme tropical storms. This grounding ritual would become a new part of each vision quest around the lake.

A major solar flare measuring X1.1 erupted a couple of hours later at 9:52 EDT, from Active Region 4098 located in the southwest quadrant.

My next bike ride around Greenfield Lake took place on May 28, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. It was a beautiful, humid evening. As I made my way around the lake to the sacred tree, I stopped in for another grounding. I leaned against the tree with both hands and both feet planted firmly on the ground. Several minutes later, a thought came to me, and I asked that if, for any reason, my life was in danger due to the current political environment, I be removed from the United States ahead of time. I rode away trusting that everything would fall into place if that necessity ever arose.
As I continued my bike ride around the lake, I encountered a snake crossing the bike path in front of me and accidentally ran over it with my bicycle. I didn’t look back to see if I had hurt the snake; I had to keep my eyes on the winding path in front of me. Since the snake represents transformation, death, and rebirth, and I might have inadvertently killed it, I was reminded of the following.

I spent the last few days of May rearranging apartment No. 35.

The following month would be the beginning of what I called Vision Quests around the lake.
