Day Seven with Family | Monument Valley, Utah
Enough is Never Enough! It was the second time I had chosen this particular meditation in the last several days. I remained focused on the end goal, although I wasn’t exactly sure what that was.
As soon as I crawled out of the back of my truck, a Jackrabbit visited me.
Rabbit brings the following message:
• Guile
• Paradox and contradiction
• Living by one’s own wits
• Receiving hidden teachings and intuitive messages
• Quick-thinking
• Humility
• Moving through fear
• Strengthening intuition – Copyright www.animalspirits.com
The rabbit’s message offered suggestions for addressing my current financial situation.
The paradox of the situation was that if I had stayed in North Carolina at the end of my 72 Days of God journey and taken my friends’ jobs, I would have been fine financially. Still, I would not have experienced the incredible time at the Two Spirit Gathering in Montana and missed out on the past life readings with Marie Friend. And if I had found a job in Portland over the summer, which was very unlikely, I would not have been able to show my family the Desert Southwest. It was an interesting dilemma.
My family and I had breakfast in the morning and spent time walking around the Lake Powell Resort. I was extremely grateful to my family for paying for all of the gas and all of my meals during our trip.
After exploring the resort, we set out for Monument Valley, which was approximately three and a half hours away.

We arrived a few hours before sunset, and I took the following photographs.
We headed for our motel in Kayenta, Arizona. We went to bed shortly after a simple dinner at a local restaurant, during which time my family admitted they were having a great time.
Hearing this made me very happy.
